Brian Ormsby

Brian Ormsby, Founder & CEO at Pantheon Solutions, is passionate about helping small business succeed in the difficult terrain that is government compliant accounting and contract management. Brian is a US Air Force Veteran serving in Cost & Budget Analysis. He spent 10 years as the Director of Operations and Program Manager with Pathfinder Systems, Inc. building simulators for the US Department of Defense and NATO allies. Brian has extensive experience in cost and pricing. During his tenure at Pathfinder, Brian was responsible for all Cost Volume submission for the company’s proposals to the DoD and NATO allies (several per year). Brian currently specializes in helping firms manage their accounting and contracts with the DoD, NSF, NIH, DOE and NASA. Yev Muchnik, Esq.

Yev Muchnik is a corporate and business attorney with broad experience across different practice groups, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, securities, private equity, fund formation, debt and equity capital raising, public company and private company corporate governance and compliance, and white-collar investigations. Yev has advised start-up and growth-stage companies in the consumer products, agriculture, healthcare, aviation, aerospace, agriculture, blockchain, artificial intelligence, clean energy, human resources and SAAS industries.

Yev graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from the University of Colorado, received an LLB from the University of Birmingham School of Law (UK) with the highest honors, and obtained a joint LLM from the George Washington University School of Law and Oxford University.

After being admitted to the New York bar in 2008, Yev began her career in the corporate practice group of Squire Patton Boggs in Moscow, Russia, focusing on international private equity, mergers and acquisitions and white-collar investigations (FCPA). Following Yev’s move to Squire Patton Boggs’ Washington, DC office, she assisted multinational companies with white-collar investigations and compliance programs at King & Spalding and Paul Hastings.

Yev then moved into the role of General Counsel for Santeon Group, a publicly traded company, focusing on government contracting, agile consulting and enterprise software development. Yev continues to serve as outside corporate counsel to a number of Santeon’s divested entities. In 2013, Yev joined JetSmarter as their Secretary and General Counsel, helping them raise their Series Seed through Series B rounds of financing totaling over $150m.

In 2017, Yev’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to start ESQLegal, a coworking space for transactional attorneys, with a focus on access to justice and legal technology. Currently, Yev is the managing partner of a boutique law firm called Launch Legal, corporate counsel to one of Wyoming’s first SPDI applicants, and also acts as an advisor to a Colorado based legal tech company and a number of industry diverse blockchain companies. She also serves on a number of Colorado government blockchain advisory steering committees in agriculture and banking, the board of Global Women in Blockchain, the Women Who Startup Foundation, Women in Voice Tech and the Lex Lead Group.

Audrey Miller is the Program Manager for the statewide Colorado SBDC TechSource: Commercialization program. She is the first contact for both Center Directors and clients to tap into the resources of this program. Audrey has 8 years of experience working with entrepreneur support organizations including both incubators and accelerators. Before transitioning to the Boulder SBDC and supporting her local community, most of her time was spent working with early stage entrepreneurs located all over the world. She has been on the founding team for a global nonprofit as well as a mental health support app.
