By signing below, I hereby authorize the Colorado SBDC TechSource: Commercialization program to use my photo, logo and/or company name in its social media posts, email marketing, publications, website and directories. My consent is freely given, without expecting payment. I release the Colorado SBDC TechSource: Commercialization program and its respective employees, officers and agents from any and all liability which may arise from the use of such content. I understand that I can revoke this release any time in writing and that the use of my information authorized by this release will immediately cease moving forward.
